Inspiration: Creative Note taking on Photoshop CS3 for Photographers

One of the reasons I teach is because I am continually amazed and inspired by my students! Ella Boehm (of Stuggart Germany) sent me a note saying thanks for the training, and just for fun she included a pdf of her "visual notes" for my Photoshop CS3 for Photographers training video for lynda.com. I was amazed! You can download a pdf version here. Thanks Ella!

Inspiration: Portfolio

One of the privileges of teaching at Brooks Institute of Photography, is having the opportunity to review graduating students portfolios. I took these images the last time I did Grad Review. I keep thinking about those students and their work. The thing that struck me was that the students who did well in Grad Review were the students who had figured out who they were, what they like to photograph and then created a portfolio that reflected those things.

Photoshop Recommendation:

Have a great November!

Cheers,

Chris Orwig
